The invention relates to a construction method of a multi-stage assembly type ecological water recession system in a hydraulic reclamation area, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a base and an annular precast block, and arranging an embedded threaded sleeve and a lifting ring in the base and the annular precast block; a base and a drainage pipe are installed at the lower terrain of the hydraulic reclamation area, and backfilling and tamping are conducted; the annular precast blocks are stacked on the base layer by layer and fixed through the connecting screws, and the outer sides of the annular precast blocks are wrapped with geotechnical cloth; a first-stage filter basket, a second-stage filter basket and a third-stage filter basket which are appropriate in size are selected to be assembled into a multi-stage filter basket filtering system, the multi-stage filter baskets are hung on the top-layer annular prefabricated block, and the outer sides of the annular prefabricated blocks are sleeved with vertical filter cylinders; mud is conveyed to the hydraulic reclamation area, and hydraulic reclamation operation is started; in the hydraulic reclamation process, silt in the multi-stage filter basket is cleaned in time, and an annular precast block is additionally arranged; after hydraulic reclamation is completed, the annular precast blocks and the base are hoisted out of the sedimentary soil layer layer by layer; and backfilling pits left by the base and the annular precast blocks in the sedimentary soil layer by layer by using backfill soil.
