The adjusting system of the air cushion type surge chamber comprises connecting tunnels, a diversion tunnel and the air cushion type surge chamber, the multiple connecting tunnels are arranged in the length direction of the diversion tunnel at intervals, pressure pipelines extending in the length direction are arranged in the connecting tunnels, and valves and flange pipe joints are sequentially arranged in the middles of the pressure pipelines. And two ends of the pressure pipeline are respectively communicated with the diversion tunnel and the air cushion type surge chamber. According to the adjusting system of the air cushion type surge chamber, the air supplementing frequency of the air cushion type surge chamber can be reduced, and the overhauling efficiency of the air cushion type surge chamber is improved.
