A pushing oil cylinder is arranged above the rotating platform, a telescopic shaft of the pushing oil cylinder is connected with a variable-amplitude oil cylinder, a telescopic shaft of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder is connected with a first hinge set, and the bottom of the stone feeding hopper is connected with a transition section. According to the inclined guide pipe riprapping device, the rotating platform is arranged to control the horizontal angle of the chute sleeve, the pushing oil cylinder and the variable-amplitude oil cylinder are used for pushing, then the inclined angle of the chute sleeve is controlled, the tail end of the chute sleeve points to the throwing and filling position of a fan foundation, riprapping is more accurate, and the working efficiency is improved.
