The invention discloses an underwater anti-floating pile anchor-beam slab structure system which comprises double rows of steel pipe piles located on the two sides of a river, the double rows of steel pipe piles are connected into a whole through a connecting plate, C20 concrete is poured in the steel pipe piles to form riverway embankment slope protection, a pair of steel plate piles is arranged between the protection on the two banks, and the steel plate piles are connected with the river embankment slope protection. A series of steel pipe piles are sequentially arranged in an area defined by the pair of steel sheet piles, the steel pipe piles are connected through a transverse stiff framework and a longitudinal stiff framework, anchor rods and anchoring parts are inserted into the steel pipe piles, concrete and mud suction equipment are poured into the stiff frameworks, or silt and soil body sand are excavated and cleaned, and the concrete is poured between the steel sheet piles. The pile anchor-beam slab structure system forms an underwater deep foundation pit in a limited space, the problems of insufficient underwater large-slope large-excavation large-replacement filling and insufficient anti-floating are solved, the engineering amount is saved, and the engineering safety and quality are guaranteed.
