The invention relates to a construction method of an ultra-deep TRD waterproof curtain in a hard sand layer area. Comprising the steps of analyzing geology of an area where the underground cement continuous wall is located; manufacturing a test wall body; determining TRD construction method cement soil parameter value key points; core drilling and sampling; arranging a guide groove; a rotary drilling rig with the same width as the waterproof curtain is used for hole guiding; and carrying out TRD construction method machine construction. According to the construction method, a rotary excavating drilling machine with the same width as the retention wall is adopted for conducting rotary excavating drilling and hole guiding firstly, rotary excavating drilling is used for probing and verifying whether the geological soil layer condition is matched with a geological exploration report or not, geological troubleshooting is conducted, meanwhile, the corresponding soil layer is loosened, and the hard sand layer problem is solved in a targeted mode; according to the TRD device, the horizontal resistance and the vertical resistance of the TRD device during working are reduced, the problem of a hard sand layer can be solved in a targeted mode, the construction efficiency of the TRD method is greatly improved, and meanwhile the problems that a cutter is seriously abraded, and shutdown frequently occurs are solved.
本发是一种硬质沙层地区的超深TRD止水帷幕施工方法;包括分析地下水泥土连续墙所处区域的地质;制作试验墙体;确定TRD工法水泥土参数取值要点;钻芯取样;布设导槽;使用与止水帷幕相同宽度的旋挖钻机进行引孔;TRD工法机施工。本施工方法,采用与挡水墙相同宽度的旋挖钻孔机先进行旋挖钻孔引孔,利用旋挖钻孔探查验证地质土层情况是否与地勘报告吻合并进行地质排障,同时松散相应土层,有针对性的解决硬质砂层问题,降低TRD设备工作时的水平阻力和竖向阻力,能有针对性的解决硬质砂层问题,大幅提高TRD工法的施工功效,同时也避免了刀具磨损严重,经常出现停机的问题。
