The invention discloses an anchor rod for monitoring shearing force and displacement and deformation data of a supported body in real time. The anchor rod structurally comprises an anchoring section groove, a pipe seam type anchor rod sleeve, a line transmission hole, a strain rosette sensor, a laser distance measuring sensor, an attitude sensor, a supporting plate, a nut, a laser transmission hole, a data transmission line and a data displayer. A groove is excavated in the anchoring section of the anchor rod, strain rosette sensors are arranged on the side wall of the groove, strain values, generated under the surrounding rock pressure, of the anchoring section in three directions are measured in real time, the maximum principal stress value at the position of a detection plane is calculated through an elastic mechanics method, and then the tensile force and shear force borne by the anchor rod are calculated; attitude sensors are arranged at the bottom of a groove and an anchor head, meanwhile, a laser distance measuring sensor is arranged at the anchor head, data such as position change, structural deformation and rotation angle of an anchor rod in a monitoring time period are obtained, real-time detection and transmission of deformation and displacement data of a supported body are achieved, and engineering construction is safely and reasonably guided.
