A driving unit of a blow-down valve is characterized in that the driving unit (a) comprises a driving shell (1), an inner cavity of the driving shell (1) is divided into an upper cavity (101) and a lower cavity (102) through a membrane assembly (2), the membrane assembly (2) can move up and down in the inner cavity of the driving shell (1) in a reciprocating mode, the upper cavity (101) is communicated with the outside through a water source connector (103), and the lower cavity (102) is communicated with the inside of the driving shell (1). A reset piece (3) is arranged in the lower cavity (102) and provides reset force for the diaphragm assembly (2) to move upwards. According to the blow-down valve, high-pressure fluid such as tap water is used as power for driving, the blow-down valve can be automatically opened under the condition of water and power failure, and a closestool connected with the blow-down valve can be normally used. The whole blow-down valve does not need to be started under negative pressure, so that vacuum pump equipment is saved, and the valve can be used in both the negative pressure state and the normal pressure state.
