A linkage mechanism of a blow-down valve is characterized in that the linkage mechanism (c) comprises a main shaft (4), the other end of the main shaft (4) penetrates through the bottom of a driving shell (1) and extends into a blow-down unit (b), and the main shaft (4) can be in linkage with a turning plate (8) through a lever (7) to close or open a sewage inlet (903) of the blow-down unit (b) in the up-and-down back-and-forth movement process. According to the blow-down valve, high-pressure fluid such as tap water is used as power for driving, it is guaranteed that the blow-down valve can be automatically opened under the condition that water and power are cut off, and a closestool connected with the blow-down valve can be normally used. The whole vacuum blow-down valve does not need to be started under negative pressure, so that vacuum pump equipment is saved, and the valve can be used in both the negative pressure state and the normal pressure state.
