The invention discloses a prestressed self-locking prefabricated concrete small box girder inner mold construction method which comprises the steps that a plurality of girder body sections are coaxially placed, and the sides, close to each other, of every two adjacent girder body sections are connected in a matched mode through a conical pin shaft and a conical pin sleeve; prestressed tendons penetrate into the four mounting channels respectively, and the multiple beam body sections which are sequentially arranged are connected in series through the prestressed tendons; fixing pieces are arranged at one ends of the prestressed tendons, and the ends of the prestressed tendons and one ends of the spliced beam body sections are fixed through the fixing pieces; the other end of the prestressed tendon is coaxially connected with a deformed steel bar connecting rod through a wire rod connector, and a nut is installed on the deformed steel bar connecting rod; and the prestressed tendons are pulled in a diagonal tensioning mode until the conical pin shafts and the conical pin sleeves of the two adjacent beam body sections are locked in a matched mode, and the nuts are tightened. The construction method is simple and easy to operate, and the inner mold of the small concrete box girder can be quickly mounted and dismounted by stretching the prestressed tendons.
