The assembly type prefabricated box girder inner mold comprises a left mold and a right mold, wherein the left mold and the right mold are detachably and fixedly connected end to end in sequence to define a box girder inner mold in a preset shape; each of the left mold and the right mold comprises an upper mold plate and a lower mold plate which are rotationally connected through a drawing assembly; the drawing assembly comprises a drawing rod axially located in the defined box girder inner mold, two vertical upper rods rotationally connected with the drawing rod and the upper mold plate correspondingly, and vertical lower rods arranged corresponding to the vertical upper rods and rotationally connected with the drawing rod and the lower mold plate correspondingly. In addition, the invention further provides a core-pulling construction method of the assembly type prefabricated box girder inner mold, the problem that a traditional box girder steel inner mold is tedious to install and reinforce in a narrow space is solved, the construction labor intensity is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种装配式预制箱梁内模及其抽芯法施工工法,包括左模和右模;其中,所述左模和所述右模首尾依次可拆卸固定连接围成预设形状的箱梁内模;所述左模和所述右模均包括转动连接且通过抽拉组件连接的上模板和下模板;所述抽拉组件包括轴向位于围成的箱梁内模中的抽拉杆,分别与所述抽拉杆和所述上模板转动连接的两个竖向上杆,以及对应每个竖向上杆设置且分别与所述抽拉杆和所述下模板转动连接的竖向下杆。另外,本发明还提供了一种装配式预制箱梁内模的抽芯法施工工法,解决了传统箱梁钢制内模在狭小的空间内安装、加固繁琐的问题,又减少了施工劳动强度,提高了施工效率。
