The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing electrolytic manganese residues, cement and aggregate, so as to obtain a dry material; uniformly stirring a calcium oxide curing agent, an expanding agent, a heavy metal inhibitor and water, and fully stirring with the dry material to obtain slurry; after the slurry is subjected to compression molding and maintenance, the baking-free brick which is high in electrolytic manganese residue mixing amount and high in strength is obtained, and the heavy metal leaching result of the baking-free brick meets the requirements specified by the HJ 1241-2022 Technical Specification for Manganese Residue Pollution Control, compared with an existing electrolytic manganese residue-based baking-free brick, the consumption amount of the electrolytic manganese residues can be greatly increased, and the production cost of the baking-free brick is reduced. And the green and environment-friendly baking-free brick with better mechanical properties is obtained, and the problems that the heavy metal leaching of the baking-free brick does not reach the standard, the performance is poor and the like due to the high doping amount of the electrolytic manganese residues are well solved.
本发明公开了一种高掺量、高强度电解锰渣基环保免烧砖及其制备方法,将电解锰渣、水泥、骨料混合均匀,得到干料;将氧化钙类固化剂、膨胀剂和重金属抑制剂及水搅拌均匀后,与干料充分搅拌,得到浆料;将浆料经压制成型和养护后,即得具有高电解锰渣掺量,且同时具有高强度以及重金属浸出结果符合HJ 1241‑2022《锰渣污染控制技术规范》规定的要求的免烧砖,相对现有的电解锰渣基免烧砖,能够大幅度提高电解锰渣的消纳量,且获得力学性能更好、绿色环保的免烧砖,很好地解决了由于电解锰渣的高掺量,而导致免烧砖重金属浸出不达标和性能差等问题。
