Belonging to the technical field of metallurgical environmental protection, the invention discloses an ore consolidation agent produced by sintering desulfurization ash, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 30-40 parts of desulfurization ash, 40-50 parts of superfine composite slag, 25-35 parts of cement, 38-48 parts of modified bentonite, 8-12 parts of gypsum, and 2-3 parts of a water reducer. The preparation method of the ore consolidation agent comprises the following steps: drying the desulfurized fly ash in a drying oven, weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, mixing and stirring for 10-15 minutes, discharging after uniformly mixing, and finally storing in a vacuum tank to obtain the ore consolidation agent. The consolidation agent is prepared by adopting a desulfurized fly ash and slag micro powder-steel slag composite technology, so that the pollution problem caused by stockpiling of desulfurized fly ash and slag can be effectively solved, waste recycling is realized, and the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection are met; the obtained consolidation agent has a good waterproof effect and relatively high toughness, and can be applied to gravel consolidation.
