The invention discloses an assembly type steel-concrete composite beam bridge adopting perforated plate nested pouring connection, which is characterized in that a prefabricated concrete bridge plate with an embedded part prefabricated in a factory and a steel beam are adopted, and are connected in a manner of nesting a perforated shear plate in a nested groove and pouring slurry; compared with a currently adopted steel part of the assembly type steel-concrete composite beam bridge, industrial manufacturing is more convenient, steel bar binding and cast-in-place concrete are not needed for on-site connection, additional anti-pulling structures do not need to be arranged, the requirement for the strength of a bonding material is remarkably reduced through shearing force transmission, the on-site assembly process is simple and convenient, the adverse effect on the environment is remarkably reduced, and the connection performance is reliable; and factory-like manufacturing is low in cost and high in efficiency.
本发明公开了一种开孔板嵌套式灌注连接的装配式钢‑砼组合梁桥,采用工厂预制的带有预埋件的预制砼桥道板以及钢梁,通过开孔剪力板嵌套于嵌套槽内且灌注浆料的方式进行连接;较目前采用的装配式钢混组合梁桥的钢件更便于工业化制造,现场连接无需绑扎钢筋和现浇混凝土,无需设置额外的抗拔构造,剪力传递显著降低了对结合材料的强度要求,现场装配工艺简便,环境不利影响明显减小,连接性能可靠,工厂化制造成本低、效率高。
