The method comprises the following steps that a, a supporting frame is erected at the end, to be connected, of the concrete beam; b, hoisting the steel-concrete connecting section to the end part to be connected of the concrete beam, adjusting the position of the steel-concrete connecting section, and placing the steel-concrete connecting section on the support frame; c, prestressing tension ribs are laid; d, pouring concrete; e, the prestressed tendons are tensioned; according to the pouring construction method for connection of the steel-concrete connection section and the concrete beam, connection of the steel-concrete connection section and the concrete beam is achieved by pouring two kinds of concrete with different strengths in the concrete connection part of the steel-concrete connection section, and by means of the method, it is guaranteed that the connection position has high structural strength, and the construction period is shortened. And the construction cost is reduced.
