Photocatalytic alkali-activated cement-based material with purification function and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a photocatalytic alkali-activated cement-based material with a purification function and a preparation method of the photocatalytic alkali-activated cement-based material, and belongs to environmental building materials and photocatalysis. The photocatalytic alkali-activated cement-based material is composed of alkali slag-fly ash cement as a matrix and a SiO2/BiOX (X = Br, Cl) photocatalytic material as a reinforcement. The SiO2/BiOX (X = Br, Cl) photocatalytic material is loaded on an alkali slag-fly ash cement matrix in a physical surface coating manner, and finally the reinforced material reacts with the matrix material to generate firm chemical bonding. The photocatalytic alkali-activated cement prepared by the method has the advantages that firstly, the surface of a cement-based material is endowed with excellent photocatalytic performance by a photocatalyst; 2, cracks on the surface of the cement matrix are reduced; and thirdly, the defect that the photocatalyst is easy to peel off due to a pure physical loading method is overcome.
本发明提供了一种具有净化功能的光催化碱激发水泥基材料及其制备方法,属于环境型建筑材料及光催化。所述光催化碱激发水泥基材料是由碱矿渣‑粉煤灰水泥作为基体,SiO2/BiOX(X=Br,Cl)光催化材料作为增强体组成。SiO2/BiOX(X=Br,Cl)光催化材料通过物理表面涂覆的方式将光催化材料负载于碱矿渣‑粉煤灰水泥基体上,最终增强材料与基体材料之间发生反应,产生了牢固的化学结合。本发明制备出的光催化碱激发水泥:一是光催化剂赋予了水泥基材料表面优秀的光催化性能;二是减少了水泥基体表面裂缝的产生;三是弥补了单纯的物理负载方法造成光催化剂易于剥落的缺点。
