The mineral-based slurry provided by the invention can improve the mineral impregnation effect of carbon fibers, the carbon fiber composite material prepared from the mineral-based slurry has good mechanical properties at a high temperature and good bonding performance with a mortar matrix, and the preparation method is simple and efficient.
本发明提供一种矿物基浆液和矿物浸渍的碳纤维复合材料及制备方法,矿物基浆液按重量份数计,包括:超细水泥23~25份、超细高炉矿渣23~25份、硅灰水溶液23~25份、减水剂2~3份和水24~26份。本发明的矿物基浆液可以提高碳纤维的矿物浸渍效果,利用该矿物基浆液制备的碳纤维复合材料,具有良好的高温下力学性能以及与砂浆基体的粘结性能,制备方法简单高效。
