Nano-silica coated modified rubber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides nano silicon dioxide coated modified rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete materials. The rubber concrete is modified through nano coating, and the influences of the adding mode of nano SiO2 and the concentration of nano coating liquid on the crack propagation rate, the crack initiation toughness, the instability toughness, the fracture energy and the like of the rubber concrete are analyzed. Results show that nano-coating can delay the crack propagation instability time of the rubber concrete, and the fracture mode of a test piece is mainly type I; when the concentration of the nanometer SiO2 coating liquid is 3%, the peak load, the initial crack toughness, the instability toughness, the fracture energy and the ductility index of the rubber concrete are the maximum and are 25.83%, 11.11%, 20.95% and 20.62% higher than those of NS0 respectively, and the ductility index is not obviously improved. The nano-coating mainly improves the ITZ microstructure and enhances the bonding effect between the rubber and the matrix to realize reinforcement and toughening.
本发明提供了一种纳米二氧化硅包覆改性橡胶混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土材料技术领域。本发明纳米包覆对橡胶混凝土进行改性处理,分析了纳米SiO2添加方式、纳米包覆液浓度对橡胶混凝土裂缝扩展速率、起裂韧度、失稳韧度和断裂能等的影响。结果表明:纳米包覆能延缓橡胶混凝土裂缝扩展失稳时间,试件断裂模式仍以Ⅰ型为主;在纳米SiO2包覆液浓度为3%时,橡胶混凝土峰值荷载、起裂韧度、失稳韧度和断裂能和延性指数最大,分别比NS0高25.83%、11.11%、20.95%和20.62%,对延性指数提升不明显。纳米包覆主要通过改善ITZ微观结构,增大橡胶与基体的黏结作用实现增强增韧。
