The invention relates to the field of baking-free bricks, and particularly discloses a sand washing sludge baking-free brick and a preparation process thereof.The sand washing sludge baking-free brick is prepared from, by weight, 500-550 parts of sand washing sludge; 80 to 150 parts of cement; 280 to 320 parts of stone powder; 20 to 50 parts of quick lime; 30-50 parts of a curing agent; 140 to 200 parts of modified straw fiber; 50 to 100 parts of a binder; 5-20 parts of a water reducing agent; 10-20 parts of an early strength agent; and 3-11 parts of water, wherein the modified straw fiber is a silane and acrylate composite modified straw fiber. The highest compressive strength and breaking strength of the sand washing sludge baking-free brick are 42.0 MPa and 7.73 MPa respectively, the lowest water absorption rate and stacking density are 2.39% and 1.51 kg/m < 3 > respectively, and the mechanical property of the sand washing sludge baking-free brick is improved.
