The invention discloses a high-wear-resistance resin-based carbon brush composite material and a preparation method thereof, the high-wear-resistance resin-based carbon brush composite material comprises the following components by weight: 60-80% of electric graphite powder and 20-40% of crystalline flake graphite powder, and also comprises an adhesive accounting for 15-25% of the total weight of the electric graphite powder and the crystalline flake graphite powder, the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out dry powder hot mixing on 60-80% of graphite powder and 20-40% of crystalline flake graphite powder at 85-100 DEG C for 2-3 hours; after the temperature is reduced to 40-50 DEG C, 15-25% of phenolic resin powder is added into the mixed powder obtained in the step S1; after continuously mixing and kneading for 0.5-1 hour, adding 75-85% of industrial alcohol into the obtained mixed paste, heating to 70-90 DEG C, and continuously mixing and kneading for 1-2 hours; grinding and screening the paste material to obtain a first-stage material; 90-100% of the first-stage material and less than 10% of MoS2 after simple spheroidization are subjected to secondary mixing and kneading at room temperature, and the mixing and kneading time is 1-3 h; and carrying out compression molding on the pressed powder of the secondary paste under 160-200MPa, and roasting to obtain the carbon brush composite material. The preparation method has the advantages that the cost is low, and the prepared carbon brush material has the advantages of high density, high wear resistance and good stability.
本发明公开了一种高耐磨树脂基碳刷复合材料及其制备方法,按重量计包括以下组分:60‑80%的电化石墨粉和20‑40%鳞片石墨粉,还包括电化石墨粉和鳞片石墨粉总重量15‑25%的黏结剂,将电60‑80%的化石墨粉、20‑40%的鳞片石墨粉在85‑100℃的温度下干粉热混2‑3h;待温度降到40‑50℃后,向步骤S1得到的混合粉料中添加15‑25%酚醛树脂粉;继续混捏0.5‑1h后,向得到的混合糊料中添加75‑85%的工业酒精,升温至70‑90℃,继续混捏1‑2h;将糊料进行磨粉、筛分,得到一阶段料;将90‑100%的一阶段料和简单球形化后的小于10%的MoS2在室温下进行二次混捏,混捏时间为1‑3h;将二次糊料的压粉在160‑200MPa下进行模压成型,再焙烧得到碳刷复合材料。本发明具有成本低,制备出的碳刷材料具有高密度、高耐磨以及良好稳定性的优点。
