Accurate positioning method for subway station frame column steel bars
The invention provides an accurate positioning method for subway station frame column steel bars. The accurate positioning method comprises the following steps that (1) a steel plate coated with silver paint is machined into a detachable arc-shaped/rectangular clamp; arc-shaped/rectangular through holes are formed in the inner sides of the fixtures and used for being matched with the frame columns; meanwhile, limiting clamping teeth are machined on the arc-shaped/rectangular through hole and used for being matched with a vertical main rib of the frame column in a limiting mode when the clamp is clamped on the periphery of the frame column; (2) assembling and clamping the manufactured detachable arc-shaped/rectangular fixture on the periphery of the frame column after binding of the frame column reinforcing steel bars is completed; (3) concrete is poured, and the clamp is dismantled before initial setting of the concrete; and (4) after the concrete is completely solidified, a concrete protection layer corresponding to the frame column is formed. The fixture is arranged on the periphery of the frame column, and the vertical main reinforcements of the frame column are accurately positioned through the limiting latches, so that the problems of displacement of the reinforcements and large or small concrete protection layers caused by external factors such as concrete pouring in the construction process are solved.
本发明提供了一种地铁车站框架柱钢筋精确定位方法,包括如下步骤:(1)利用涂刷有银漆的钢板加工成可拆卸式弧形/矩形卡具;卡具内侧成型有弧形/矩形穿孔,用于配合框架柱;同时,弧形/矩形穿孔上加工有限位卡齿,用于当卡具卡在框架柱外周时,与框架柱竖向主筋限位配合;(2)当对框架柱钢筋绑扎完成后,将制作的可拆卸式弧形/矩形卡具拼装卡接在框架柱外周;(3)浇筑混凝土,并在混凝土初凝前,拆除卡具;(4)混凝土完全凝固后,形成对应框架柱的混凝土保护层。本发明通过在对框架柱外周设置卡具,并通过限位卡齿对框架柱的竖向主筋进行精确定位,避免施工过程中因混凝土浇筑等外在因素导致的钢筋移位、混凝土保护层偏大或偏小问题。
