The asphalt concrete modifier is prepared by the following steps: adding a substance A into a dispersing aid, uniformly mixing, mixing the product with a thermoplastic elastomer, UHMWPE and a compatibilizer, and extruding and granulating at 180-230 DEG C. The asphalt concrete modifier is excellent in compatibility with asphalt and good in adhesion, can integrally improve the comprehensive performance of a mixture, realizes that the material is not soft at high temperature, and can be used for preparing the asphalt concrete modifier. The anti-fatigue performance is greatly improved, the easy-to-compact degree of the mixture is improved, and the application range is wide.
