The invention discloses a chemical reactive asphalt modifier as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical reactive asphalt modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of glycidyl ester-containing epoxy resin, 4 to 8 parts of styrene, 4 to 8 parts of acrylate monomer, 2 to 4 parts of RAFT (Reversible Addition-Fragmentation Chain Transfer) reagent, 0.5 to 1 part of azo initiator, 10 to 20 parts of unsaturated fatty acid and 5 to 10 parts of diluent. On the basis of improving the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature crack resistance of the asphalt, the anti-fatigue performance and the anti-aging performance of the asphalt are improved, so that the comprehensive performance of the asphalt is improved; and the construction temperature and the construction difficulty are effectively reduced.
本发明公开一种化学反应性沥青改性剂、制备方法及应用,包括按如下重量份数计的原料:含缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂5~10重量份,苯乙烯4~8重量份,丙烯酸酯类单体4~8重量份,RAFT试剂2~4重量份,偶氮类引发剂0.5~1重量份,不饱和脂肪酸10~20重量份,稀释剂5~10重量份。本发明在改善沥青的高温稳定性,低温抗裂性的基础上,提高沥青的抗疲劳性能和抗老化性能,从而提高沥青的综合性能;并且有效地降低了施工温度和施工难度。
