The invention discloses a mud flat sludge curing agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-12 parts of cement, 0.02-0.1 part of triethanolamine, 1-2.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 6-12 parts of fly ash and 3-6 parts of a regulator. The preparation method of the prepared regulator comprises the following steps: A1, preparing porous silicon dioxide as a component I; a2, modifying porous silicon dioxide by using KH-550 to obtain a component II; a3, carrying out graft modification on the component II and pyromellitic dianhydride to obtain a component III; a4, the third component reacts with triethylene tetramine, and a fourth component is obtained; a5, the fourth component and benzyl chloride are subjected to a reaction, and the regulator is obtained. The curing agent prepared by adding the regulator prepared in the invention into the mud flat sludge curing agent has a good curing effect when being applied to sludge curing, and the cured soil obtained by curing has excellent mechanical properties and excellent salt corrosion resistance when being used in seawater.
本发明公开了滩涂淤泥固化剂及其制备方法，涉及滩涂治理技术领域。本发明公开的滩涂淤泥固化剂，包括如下重量份的原料：6‑12重量份水泥、0.02‑0.1重量份三乙醇胺、1‑2.5重量份减水剂、6‑12重量份粉煤灰、3‑6重量份调节剂。本申请制备的调剂剂的制备方法包括如下步骤：A1：制备多孔二氧化硅作为组分一；A2：利用KH‑550改性多孔二氧化硅，得到组分二；A3：将组分二、均苯四甲酸酐接枝改性，得到组分三；A4：将组分三与三乙烯四胺反应，得到组分四；A5：将组分四、氯化苄反应，得到调节剂。本申请制备的调节剂添加在滩涂淤泥固化剂中制备得到的固化剂应用在淤泥固化中具有良好的固化效果，而且固化得到的固化土力学性能优良，使用在海水中耐盐侵蚀性能优良。
