The cement, the fly ash, the superplasticizer, the calcium aluminate, the bentonite and the polypropylene fiber are combined according to the optimal proportion to prepare the composite sludge curing agent, the plasticity of sludge treated by the composite sludge curing agent is high, the stabilizing effect of pollutants in the sludge is good, and therefore the application range of the composite sludge curing agent is wider.
