The mortar with the strength grade of M15 is prepared from the following raw materials: a solid waste-based cementing material, mortar sand, a water reducing agent and water, wherein the weight ratio of the solid waste-based cementing material to the sand for mortar is 1: 2; the weight ratio of the solid waste-based cementing material to the water reducing agent is 100: 0.8; the weight ratio of the solid waste-based cementing material to the water is 10: 3; the solid waste-based cementing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-55% of iron-removed high-titanium blast furnace slag, 30-35% of iron-removed steel slag and 10-20% of desulfurized gypsum. According to the technical scheme, the high-titanium metallurgical slag and other solid wastes are fully utilized, the prepared mortar can reach the strength grade M15 standard, and parameters such as the 3d strength, the 7d strength, the 28d strength, the initial setting time and the final setting time of the mortar all meet and exceed relevant standards.
