An early strength coating mortar is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 1-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 2-3 parts of sodium pyrophosphate, 1-2 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 60-70 parts of iron slag, 50-60 parts of fly ash, 50-60 parts of expanded perlite, 1-1.5 parts of sodium benzoate, 1-2 parts of sodium tetraborate, 1-2 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-3 parts of sodium citrate, a proper amount of water, 20-25 parts of an assistant, 180-200 parts of cement, 170-190 parts of quartz sand and 60-70 parts of fluorgypsum. The mortar has the advantages of early strength, high strength, high construction efficiency, low drying shrinkage, no cracking, energy saving, good dispersibility and no precipitation layering; and the assistant is used to increase the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the mortar and improve the workability, the sagging resistance, the thixotropy and the settlement resistance of the mortar.
