The invention relates to a jet grouting steel pipe binary composite pile which comprises a jet grouting pile consolidation body, a forming hole is vertically and downwards formed in the jet grouting pile consolidation body, a steel floral tube and a PE grouting pipe are arranged in the forming hole, the steel floral tube is filled with gravel, and the PE grouting pipe is located in the steel floral tube; and cement paste is injected into gaps among the steel floral tube, the PE grouting tube, the gravel and the jet grouting pile consolidation body. The situation that the miniature steel pipe piles make direct contact with underground water is reduced to a certain extent, the corrosion probability of the steel pipes is reduced, the rigidity of the jet grouting piles is increased, application of the jet grouting piles in foundation treatment is enhanced, the long-term creep quantity of the jet grouting piles is reduced, and control over settlement and deformation of a building foundation and an upper structure is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种旋喷钢管二元复合桩,包括旋喷桩固结体,所述旋喷桩固结体垂直向下开设成形孔,所述成形孔内设有钢花管及PE注浆管,所述钢花管内填充有砾石,PE注浆管位于钢花管内;所述钢花管、PE注浆管、砾石及旋喷桩固结体之间缝隙内注有水泥浆。本发明一定程度上减少了微型钢管桩与地下水的直接接触的情况,减少了钢管的腐蚀概率,旋喷桩刚度的增大,增强了旋喷桩在地基处理中的应用,减小了旋喷桩长期蠕变量,有利于对建筑物基础及上部结构沉降及变形的控制。
