The invention relates to a flow-state solidified soil pile foundation foundation pit support structure and a construction method thereof. The foundation pit support structure comprises a flow-state solidified soil pile foundation, and a profile steel framework is embedded in the flow-state solidified soil pile foundation in the axial direction in a full-length mode; the inner side of the waist beam is embedded into the fluid-state solidified soil pile foundation and is vertically connected to the profile steel framework, and the outer side of the waist beam extends out of the fluid-state solidified soil pile foundation; and the outer end of the anchor rod structure is installed on the outer side of the waist beam, and the inner end of the anchor rod structure penetrates through the waist beam and the fluid-state solidified soil pile foundation and is anchored into the soil body around the foundation pit. According to the invention, the concrete in the SMW construction method pile is replaced by the fluid solidified soil, so that the technical problem that the SMW construction method pile in the prior art needs a long time to reach the design strength is solved. The flow-state solidified soil can reach the design strength after 24 hours, the construction period is greatly shortened, and potential safety hazards caused by deformation of a foundation pit in the concrete solidification process are avoided.
本发明涉及一种流态固化土桩基基坑围护结构及其施工方法,基坑围护结构包括流态固化土桩基,内部沿轴向通长埋设有型钢骨架;腰梁,内侧埋入该流态固化土桩基并垂直连接于型钢骨架,外侧伸出于该流态固化土桩基;锚杆结构,外端安装于该腰梁的外侧,内端贯穿该腰梁和该流态固化土桩基并锚固至基坑周围土体内。本发明通过采用流态固化土代替SMW工法桩中的混凝土,解决了现有技术中的SMW工法桩需要较长的时间才能达到设计强度的技术问题。本发明的流态固化土能够在24小时后即可达到设计强度,大大缩短了施工工期,避免了混凝土凝固的过程中基坑发生变形造成安全隐患。
