Reinforcing and lifting method for building on expansive soil foundation
The invention relates to a method for reinforcing and lifting a building on an expansive soil foundation. The method comprises the steps that a curtain wall is formed, holes are drilled downwards in the periphery of a building foundation bottom plate, the holes are drilled into a non-expansive soil layer, a plurality of spaced curtain holes are formed, grouting is conducted on the curtain holes, the grouting ranges of every two adjacent curtain holes are meshed and overlapped, and the enclosed curtain wall is formed; a shallow reinforcing body is formed, a hole is drilled downwards in the top of the raft to form a reinforcing grouting hole, the shallow expansive soil foundation is subjected to grouting reinforcement, and the shallow reinforcing body is formed; horizontal lap joint reinforcement bodies are formed, and in the expansive soil layer, the multiple horizontal lap joint reinforcement bodies extending in the horizontal direction are arranged between the curtain walls on the two opposite sides; vertical pile foundation reinforcement bodies are formed, the multiple vertical pile foundation reinforcement bodies extending in the vertical direction are arranged in an array mode, and the vertical pile foundation reinforcement bodies are connected with the corresponding horizontal lap joint reinforcement bodies on the path; and lifting grouting is conducted, specifically, lifting holes are formed in the curtain wall, pressure grouting is conducted on the bottoms of the lifting holes from bottom to top, and building lifting is achieved.
