The working platform is arranged on one air pipe body, when the air pipe bodies are installed, the working platform and the air pipe bodies synchronously descend into the vertical shaft, and an operator stands on the working platform and can downwards complete flange connection between the two air pipe bodies on the lower side through a lengthened tool such as a 1.5 m long magnetic sleeve. And the air pipe bodies can be connected in a narrow vertical shaft, so that the construction is more convenient, and the construction environment of operators is safer.
