The construction method comprises the steps of segmented construction, fixed-point assembly, unit-by-unit inverted assembly, process hole reservation of a shear wall, addition of a unilateral angle steel inner flange and an access hole in a unit-by-unit butt joint port, and arrangement of a lifting device and a segmented air pipe lifting appliance. The air pipe of each unit is high in three floors, a lifting point of a lifting appliance is arranged at an upper opening of the air pipe, and a lifting device is arranged above a vertical shaft top layer of a high floor. According to the construction method, the air pipes are installed in a sectional and unit inversion mode, a large amount of labor and installation cost can be saved, the installation quality of the air pipes is improved, auxiliary holes are further formed in a civil engineering structure, angle steel inner flanges and maintenance holes are formed in the air pipes, the air pipes in the vertical shaft can be connected through the angle steel inner flanges, and the installation quality of the air pipes in the vertical shaft is improved. The problem that the installation operation space of the long-side shear wall side bolt is insufficient is solved, and the effects that the connection strength between air pipes is enough and the sealing performance is good are achieved.
