The invention discloses a method for eliminating stray current of a track system, which comprises the following steps of: S1, setting the distance between two substations in the track system to be 2-8 kilometers; s2, a drainage net is arranged in the concrete track bed, a positive temperature coefficient material is arranged in the middle of longitudinal steel bars in the drainage net, and a heater is arranged on the outer side of the positive temperature coefficient material; and S3, a plurality of sensors are arranged between the buried pipeline and the drainage net, the current value of the stray current is transmitted to a monitoring system, and the monitored value is transmitted to a microcomputer management system. The current drainage net is connected with the substation through the grounding wire, so that stray current is prevented from generating interference in a track and a signal circuit and damaging equipment. By arranging a plurality of sensors, when the monitored stray current value is greater than a threshold value, the heating module is used for heating the positive temperature coefficient material, increasing the resistance value of the current drainage net, improving the grounding effect, reducing the flowing of the stray current, and eliminating the current value of the stray current to a certain extent.
