The invention discloses an electric light dynamic penetrometer which comprises a frame and an intelligent controller, a sounding mechanism capable of sliding up and down is vertically mounted in the center of the interior of the frame, and four chains mounted on an upper driven chain wheel and a lower driving chain wheel are arranged in the frame around the sounding mechanism. The two chains on the left side are connected with a left hammer lifting rod, the two chains on the right side are connected with a right hammer lifting rod, the number of teeth of the four driving chain wheels is the same, and the servo motor drives the four chains to rotate synchronously through the four gears and the driving chain wheels which are sequentially meshed. And the synchronously rotating chain lifts and drops down the heavy hammer of the sounding mechanism through the left hammer lifting rod and the right hammer lifting rod once and once. Operation is easy, manpower and physical power are saved, and working efficiency is high.
