The construction method of the crown beam formwork supporting structure in the foundation pit supporting technology comprises the following steps that firstly, surveying and setting out are conducted, the position of a crown beam is marked, and crown beam steel bars are bound; secondly, a side formwork is erected in the length direction of the crown beam, short steel bars are placed on each side of the formwork every 1 m to serve as main keels, two steel bars are placed on the side, close to the main keels in the length direction, of the formwork to serve as secondary keels, two tie bars connected with the upper ends of the main keels and the middle points of bottom stirrups, and one tie bar connected with the lower ends of the two main keels; thirdly, after the materials are arranged, the tie bars, the stirrups and the top beam steel bars are welded; fourthly, after the formwork is fixed, concrete is poured, and after the concrete is solidified, the exposed tie bars are cut; and fifthly, the formworks, the main keels and the auxiliary keels are dismantled. According to the supporting structure, the pouring process is guaranteed, meanwhile, the procedures of pipe penetrating and hole penetrating of the split bolts and the PVC pipes are reduced, meanwhile, the procedure of formwork positioning and hole penetrating is avoided, and the labor cost and the mechanical cost are greatly reduced.
本发明的一种基坑支护工艺中冠梁模板支撑结构的施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、测量放线,标出冠梁位置,绑扎冠梁钢筋;步骤二、沿冠梁长度方向支设侧模板,模板每侧每隔1m放置一根短钢筋作为主龙骨,模板沿长度方向靠近主龙骨的一侧放置两根钢筋作为次龙骨,两根连接主龙骨上端和底部箍筋中点的拉结筋,一根连接两根主龙骨下端的拉结筋;步骤三、待材料布置完毕,将各拉结筋、箍筋和冠梁钢筋焊接;步骤四、固定完模板后,浇筑混凝土,待混凝土凝固后,切割外漏拉结筋;步骤五、拆除模板、主龙骨、次龙骨。该支撑结构在保证浇筑工艺的同时,减少了对拉螺栓和PVC管穿管穿孔的工序,同时避免了模板定位穿孔的工序,大大减少了人工和机械的成本。
