The invention belongs to the technical field of construction of offshore wind power facilities, and particularly discloses a construction method of an offshore wind power jacket sheet fork, which comprises the following steps of: firstly drawing a first group of ground sample lines on the ground, and then drawing a second group of ground sample lines by deviating for a certain distance, each of the first group of ground sample lines and the second group of ground sample lines being composed of two ground sample lines which are intersected at equal length; a plurality of first jig frame legs are arranged along the first group of ground sample lines at intervals, a plurality of second jig frame legs are arranged along the second group of ground sample lines at intervals, and the second jig frame legs are higher than the first jig frame legs; a plurality of pipe joints are placed on the first jig frame leg and welded and spliced to form a first piece fork main pipe joint, and the other pipe joints are placed on the second jig frame leg and welded and spliced to form a second piece fork main pipe joint; and finally, accessories are additionally arranged on the first piece fork main pipe joint and the second piece fork main pipe joint respectively. By means of staggered distribution, the utilization rate and production efficiency of a production site are greatly improved, and manufacturing errors can be reduced.
