The invention relates to a rapid reinforcement treatment process for grouting of a highway structure layer, which comprises the following steps of: checking pavement cracks, subsidence and slurry pumping positions on site, uniformly arranging drill holes at a highway pavement disease position and a position which is 2-3m away from the disease position according to a hole distance of 1.2-1.8 m, grouting to the pavement structure layer through a grouting device, and filling and compacting gaps and voids of the structure layer through slurry so as to achieve the purpose of reinforcing the structure layer.
