The invention discloses a self-locking diaphragm wall double-side rotary drilling trenching machine which comprises a hoisting assembly with a cable and a drilling machine hoisted at the lower end of the cable, and the drilling machine comprises a pipeline fixing frame, a sludge treatment mechanism, a horizontal rotary drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; wherein the sludge treatment mechanism comprises a stirring box and a stirring mechanism located in the stirring box, and a sludge suction port, a sludge discharge port and a slurry inlet are formed in the stirring box; the horizontal rotating drill assembly comprises two horizontal rotating drill devices arranged oppositely, two rotating power assemblies used for driving the two horizontal rotating drill devices to rotate correspondingly, and a horizontal rotating drill steel frame used for installing the two horizontal rotating drill devices and the two rotating power assemblies. The method has the advantages that the horizontal cantilever slab structure and the vertical wall body can be grooved at a time, other mechanical assistance is not needed, and the purposes of improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction and equipment cost are achieved.
