The invention discloses a partially-prefabricated centrally-arranged heat preservation structure which comprises a concrete body, and a heat preservation plate, a lattice type prefabricated plate and a protection layer are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the concrete body. The lattice type prefabricated slab comprises a slab body, a plurality of through holes are evenly formed in the slab body, and constructional steel bars are arranged in the slab body. The constructional steel bars penetrate through the plate main body and are exposed in the through holes; and the lattice type prefabricated plate and the heat insulation plate are fixedly connected with the concrete main body through a tying device. Compared with the prior art, the structure is clear, the use is convenient, the heat preservation plate and the lattice type prefabricated plate are combined together to replace an outer formwork and secondary ribs, through holes and exposed reinforcing steel bars which penetrate through the lattice type prefabricated plate are integrated with an outer layer protection layer, and the lattice type prefabricated plate is equivalent to an outer side concrete protection layer in a cast-in-place system; the lattice type prefabricated slab is prefabricated in a factory and can be rapidly constructed after being transported to a construction site, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the requirement for constructors is not high. The practicability and the market popularization value are very high.
