Novel centrally-arranged loop chain elevator
The invention discloses a novel centrally-arranged loop chain elevator which comprises an upper lifting hook, a lower lifting hook, a lifting chain, a wall-attached connecting piece, an upper liftingpoint wheel set, a lower lifting point wheel set, a tension spring and a turn buckle. The upper lifting hook is used for being hung on an upper lifting point of a climbing frame. The lower lifting hook is used for being hung on a lower lifting point of the climbing frame. An upper fixing point of an electric hoist head is connected to the lower end of the wall-attached connecting piece in a hingedmanner. A middle chain wheel is additionally arranged on one side of the electric hoist head in a rotating manner. After one end of the lifting chain is hinged to a lower fixing point of the electrichoist head, the other end of the lifting chain is hinged to the lower end of the turn buckle after sequentially passing through a chain wheel in the lower lifting point wheel set, a guide chain wheelin the electric hoist head, the middle chain wheel and a chain wheel in the upper lifting point wheel set. According to the elevator, the electric hoist head is arranged at the lower end of the wall-attached connecting piece forward, a rain cover can be installed conveniently, and additional extrusion stress generated on a vertical rod of the climbing frame in the elevating process of the climbing frame can be avoided.
