The method for adding and transforming the special elevator is a transformation method for adding the special elevator which only connects more than two vertically adjacent floors under the condition that a shop or an enterprise in a multi-storey building with an existing elevator has a plurality of vertically adjacent floors. An opening part capable of forming an elevator shaft (12) is newly arranged at a specified position of a part which is finished as a floor of a floor which is used as a special part of vertically adjacent floors, one or a plurality of floors are communicated through the opening part, and the elevator shaft (12) which is provided with an opening and closing door on each floor is constructed. The elevator shaft (12) is internally provided with a newly added elevator car and a lifting mechanism for lifting the car.

本发明的专用电梯增设改造工法是在入驻于具备已有的电梯的多层建筑物内的一个店铺或企业拥有上下相邻的多个楼层的情况下等增设仅将该上下相邻的两层以上的楼层间相连的专用电梯的改造工法，在上下相邻的层的作为专用部的楼层的作为楼板而完成的部分的规定位置新设置能够形成电梯井(12)的开口部，在该开口部将一个或多个楼层贯通，并构建在各层具有开闭门的电梯井(12)，在该电梯井(12)内设置新增设的电梯的轿厢以及用于使该轿厢升降的升降机构。
