The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a supporting position is determined and marked; s2, manufacturing a supporting device; s3, chiseling off the wall body at the supporting position; s4, adjusting the pressure value of the jack; s5, chiseling away the remaining wall between the supporting devices; and S6, the newly-added ground ring beam is poured. After the upper wall body is supported through the supporting devices, the newly-added ground ring beam is integrally poured, segmented construction is not needed, the continuity of the newly-added ground ring beam can be guaranteed, and therefore the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction period is shortened; and the pressure value of the jack is adjusted to the load value to be borne, so that the supporting stability can be ensured.
