The invention discloses a foamed cement ribbon board and a vibration foaming method thereof. The foamed cement ribbon board comprises a calcium silicate board layer and a foamed cement layer, wherein the calcium silicate board layer is arranged on the surface of the foamed cement layer; the foamed cement layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of slag powder, 5-10 parts of river sand, 5-10 parts of quick lime, 2-8 parts of bamboo residues and 5-10 parts of a foaming agent. The invention provides the foamed cement ribbon board and the vibration foaming method thereof. The foamed cement is relatively uniform and full to foam by the vibration foaming method; the solidified foam pores are distributed relatively uniform; the aperture discreteness is relatively small; and the prepared foam cement ribbon board is relatively good in soundproof effect.
