The anti-glare panel comprises a power generation module, a support module, a power storage module and an inverter module. The support module is welded to a highway guardrail and used for supporting the power generation module, and the power generation module is an anti-glare panel with a wind-light coupling power generation function and used for recycling solar energy, natural wind energy and airflow wind energy of running vehicles, converting recycled renewable energy into electric energy and storing the electric energy in the power storage module through the combiner box. According to the invention, the efficient utilization of renewable energy sources in the highway area range is realized, the cost of long-distance power transmission in areas without/with weak power grids is reduced, the cleaning degree of traffic energy is improved, and the realization of carbon peak reaching and carbon neutralization in the traffic field is facilitated; the method can be widely applied to weak/no-power-grid fields in areas with rich wind and light resources or expressways with large traffic flow. Meanwhile, the wind-solar coupling power generation device is beneficial to improving the stability of power supply.
