The invention discloses a construction method for rapidly removing river sediment. The construction method comprises the following steps that a to-be-dredged river is explored; a to-be-dredged river channel is divided into a plurality of treatment units; fencing is conducted on the independent units, and river channels in the independent units are cleaned; detecting the contents of heavy metals and pollutants in the cleaned bottom mud; carrying out reduction treatment on the sediment pollutants; the to-be-dredged river channel is decomposed into a plurality of mutually independent river channel units, then the river channel units are sequentially dredged, the river channel units are isolated from one another through the component cofferdams, and compared with dredging of the whole river channel in a large area, the water pumping amount is saved, and the dredging efficiency is improved. Due to the blocking effect of the cofferdam, the amount of impact water used in a certain river channel unit is small, the impact water does not overflow and is concentrated in the river channel unit, when the water is pumped away, upper-layer water can be directly used for impact of other river channel units, and therefore the water pumping amount is saved.
本发明公开了一种快速清除河道底泥的施工方法,包括以下步骤:对待清淤河道进行勘探;对待清淤河道划分多个处理单元;对单独单元进行围栏对单独单元内的河道进行清理;检测清理的底泥中的重金属和污染物含量;对底泥污染物进行减量化处理;对减量化处理的污染物进行固化处理,集中收集通过将待清淤河道分解为多个相互独立的河道单元,然后顺次地对每个河道单元进行清淤处理,通过构件围堰,使河道单元之间相互隔绝,相对于整个河道大面积地进行清淤,节省抽水量,由于围堰的阻隔作用,用于某一河道单元内的冲击水的量较少,并且不会外溢,而是集中在该河道单元内,这些水被抽离时上层水还能够直接被用于其它河道单元的冲击,因此节省抽水量。
