FACILITY FOR REMOVING SEDIMENT INSIDE CONSTRUCTION CASING
To provide a facility for removing sediment inside a construction casing.SOLUTION: A facility includes a stand 11 in which an observation space 12 opening backwardly is installed. In the observation space, a horizontally moving device 901 is installed, and the horizontally moving device controls the whole facility by a rotation of a screw thread board 41 to make it descend. The screw thread board realizes the rotation by a geneva mechanism, and uniformly descends to perform a preparation processing, to solve a problem that sediment in a deep place is not easily discharged by human power. And, two semi-spherical gripping claws remove the sediment falling into a casing, to avoid scattering in pulling-up the sediment using a spiral shaft, to protect an environment and human safety of a worker, and to change a sediment disposal site only by worker's pushing a machine by semi-automatic operation of the machine, to improve work efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築用のケーシング内部にある土砂を取り除く設備を提供する。【解決手段】スタンド11を含み、スタンドの中には後方に開口した観察空間12が設置され、観察空間の中には水平移動装置901が設置され、水平移動装置は、ネジ山盤41の回転で設備全体を制御して下降させ、ネジ山盤がジェネバ機構によって回転を実現し、そして均等に下降して段取り処理を行い、人力によって深いところにある土砂を排出しにくいという問題を解決でき、また、二つの半球状の掴み取り爪でケーシング内に落下した土砂を取り除き、螺旋軸で土砂を引き上げる時の飛び散りを避けられ、環境と作業員の人身安全とを保護でき、機械の半自動化作動によって、作業員が機械を押すことだけで土砂の捨て場を変えられ、作業効率を向上させる。【選択図】図1
