The sampling structure comprises a vehicle frame, two vertical plates and a supporting transverse plate, a hydraulic machine is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting transverse plate, the hydraulic machine is downwards connected with a downward pressing support and a connecting block, and the lower portion of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a sampling barrel and a connecting barrel through a connecting plate; a rotating sleeve arranged on the periphery of the sampling barrel is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the connecting barrel, a rotating motor is arranged on the lower portion of the connecting block, a driving gear connected with the output end of the rotating motor is in meshed connection with a driven gear arranged on the outer wall of the rotating sleeve, and a drill bit end and a spiral part connected with the drill bit end are arranged at the lower end of the rotating sleeve; subgrade soil scattered by the drill bit end is spirally discharged upwards along with the spiral part, so that deformation and compression of the subgrade inside and outside the sampling barrel under pressure are prevented. According to the invention, roadbed sample damage caused by shaking of the frame or shaking of the sampling barrel during sampling can be prevented, deformation and compression of the roadbed inside and outside the sampling barrel under pressure are prevented, and the roadbed detection accuracy is improved.
本发明公开了一种道路路基检测用取样结构及其取样方法,取样结构包括车架、两个立板和上部设有液压机的支撑横板,液压机向下连接有下压支架和连接块,连接块下部通过连接板固定连接有取样筒和连接筒,连接筒内壁转动连接有设置于取样筒外周的旋转套筒,连接块下部设有旋转电机,旋转电机输出端连接的主动齿轮与旋转套筒外壁设置的从动齿轮啮合连接,旋转套筒下端设有钻头端以及与钻头端相连接的螺旋部,钻头端打散的路基土质随螺旋部向上螺旋排出,以防止取样筒内外的路基受到压力时发生形变压缩。本发明可防止取样时车架晃动或取样筒抖动造成的路基样品破损,并防止取样筒内外的路基受到压力时发生形变压缩,提高路基检测的精准性。
