The invention discloses a road and bridge roadbed detection sampling device which comprises a ground breaking ring cutter, a steel pipe, a pressing rod, a transparent sample containing cylinder, a guide rod, a first ring block, a second ring block, a short pipe, a gear ring, a gear, an electric-hydraulic pusher and a rotary drill pipe head. The device has the beneficial effects that roadbed samples are taken out more regularly, the primitiveness of the roadbed samples is well guaranteed, the sampling detection accuracy is improved, a ring groove is formed in a hard gravel layer on the surface of a roadbed through the rotating rotary drill pipe head, the difficulty of later-stage soil breaking sampling is reduced, meanwhile, an electric-hydraulic push rod is adopted for pushing a soil breaking ring cutter to move downwards, and the soil breaking efficiency is improved. The problem that a roadbed sample is loosened due to sampling vibration is avoided, and the stability of gradually descending the steel pipe to load the sample is ensured through the spring I on the pressing rod between the steel pipe and the soil breaking cutting ring.
