The method comprises the steps that a first drill rod is installed on a rotary power head of a deep pile stirring machine; starting a grouting pump to spray water, and drilling a first drill rod into the ground from a first position beside the construction hole in a direct circulation manner; the grouting pump is closed, the first drill rod is detached from the rotary power head of the deep mixing pile machine, and the second drill rod is installed on the rotary power head of the deep mixing pile machine; the grouting pump is started to spray water, the second drill rod is drilled into the construction hole to a first set depth, and the first set depth is smaller than the length of the second drill rod; the grouting pump is closed, and the second drill rod is detached from the rotary power head of the deep mixing pile machine; the first drill rod is installed on a rotary power head of the deep stirring pile machine, and the first drill rod is lifted out of the ground; the first drill rod and the second drill rod are connected, and the first drill rod and the second drill rod form a main drill rod; and deep mixing pile forming operation is started. According to the deep stirring drilling machine with the low drilling depth, ultra-deep pile deep stirring operation is achieved, and the construction cost is saved.
