The invention provides a soft foundation reinforcement construction method, and belongs to the technical field of foundation reinforcement construction. The method comprises the steps that raw materials of H-shaped steel piles and at least two gantry crane track beams are acquired; a site is leveled and measured; the piles are pressed, grouting is carried out; and the gantry crane track beams arearranged. Firstly, the site is leveled and measured, and multiple of preset piling positions are determined on the leveled site; then, the pile are pressed, specifically, the H-shaped steel piles arepressed into the preset positions of a stratum, the H-shaped steel piles at the preset positions are pressed in one by one in the vertical direction, and a section of the last H-shaped steel pile is reserved to be exposed out of the ground; then, grouting is carried, specifically, grouting operation is carried out on gaps between the H-shaped steel piles and the stratum; and finally, the gantry crane track beams are arranged. According to the soft foundation reinforcement construction method, the construction steps are simple, the construction workload is small, a soft foundation can be rapidly reinforced, the construction time is saved, and a gantry crane can adapt to the soft foundation in a short time.
