The hierarchical porous material composition comprises a component A and a component B which are stored separately, the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-40 parts of cement; 40-80 parts of fine coal gasification slag; 5-20 parts of reinforcing particles; 0-10 parts of quick lime; 0-5 parts of gypsum; 0-5 parts of water glass; and the component B comprises the following component in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of a foaming agent. The invention also provides a hierarchical porous material prepared from the hierarchical porous material composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the hierarchical pore material composition and the hierarchical pore material, the coal gasification fine slag can be comprehensively utilized, and a special four-stage pore structure is formed by utilizing the synergistic effect of the coal gasification fine slag, the reinforced particles, the cement and the foaming agent, so that the hierarchical pore material with large specific surface area, high porosity and high strength is obtained. The preparation method of the hierarchical porous material is simple and is applied to the field of application.
